This is the oldest temple in Japan dating back to the 6th century. Obviously this has been rebuild many times throughout the ensuing centuries.

This ended my photo taking in Osaka…we are off to Kyoto tomorrow. For photography, I like Kyoto better. I have been there twice and we have always stayed in around the same place, so I am very comfortable going out shooting. We are in Kyoto for three days before going to Tokyo.
